Acne:
Fresh bitter apple root juice is extracted. It should be applied to the affected region. Allow drying before washing with regular water.
Constipation: 
Carom, asafetida, cardamom, and cubes are crushed together. Make a cup of bitter apple juice. 1/4 teaspoon powder of each plant combines everything in the juice. To taste, add a pinch of rock salt. For 7 days, drink half in the morning and a half at night.
Diabetes:  
Prepare a fine powder of black cumin, Acacia species seeds, bitter apple, and Acacia Senegal and store it in a container. Fill full-size capsules with liquid and take four per day. This diabetes trial medication is quite beneficial.
